Pricing/Taxes

Prices are net - exclusive of freight charges or applicable taxes.
Seller is not a printer - pricing does not include any custom print work or set-up charges. Call for quotes on custom print work.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Shipping
All shipments are FOB - Morton Grove, Illinois.
Buyer pays UPS Ground Freight Charges on orders less than $1250.00.
Buyer can supply UPS # at time of Purchase Order for 3rd Party Shipping.
No drop ship charges will be applied to single “Ship To” address drop shipments.
Shipping/Invoice Claims
All invoice claims or order issues/variances must be reported within 14 days of order receipt.
Returns
Products sold by Seller are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
Seller must be notified of any return orders prior to return.
Only unused products in new condition - contained in original packaging will be accepted.
Except for expressed limited warranty above, all products sold without any other warranties including those of specific purpose fitness or merchantability.
Definitions
Seller - refers to CIS/Classic Industrial Supplies and Buyer refers to the party that is purchasing products from the Seller - per purchase order.
